Yeah, in this day and age that will almost likely not take place. I work in IT and sometimes it feels like the stuff now is stuff that needs done now, and all attempts to safeguard against drastic fixes later is a little extra time now. They were put on Administrative leave for 4 weeks so the weren’t fired yet. They would have to quite themselves at this point
