The first quarterly release of Android 16 will bring lock screen widgets to phones, and we have an early look at the feature!

Did they go somewhere? I remember having lock screen widgets back in like 2014.

Edit: oh yeah, the article says, “bringing back a feature it had scrapped nearly a decade ago”. Guess I didn’t notice because I never used them.
