I think it’s, at least partly, related to lead, and the amount of lead they inhaled in the 70’s and 80’s.
I also remember my mother telling me “don’t believe everything you read on the internet”-talk all throughout the 90’s. I tell her this now, and she literally told me last week that I must stop reading anti-propaganda… 🤣🤣 I asked her what that is, and she has no way of describing it, just talking about anti-propaganda.
