No it won’t just be rich white people. The rich of all colors will certainly be welcome (Although if you’re darker youll need to be richer than a white person im sure)
And they will need plenty of normal people to keep things running. The rich are parasites, and like all parasites, they die if they don’t have a host (in this case, people who actually work for a living).
They’ll simply only have yes men / sheep / those who kowtowed and are willing to put up with it and the rich.
