I really wish we would stop using the term “deporting” for situations like this. That is not what’s happening here. “Rendition” and “exile” would be far more accurate.

So to my understanding Trump is proposing deportation as a means of punishment for violent crimes?

Obviously problematic, especially considering the lack of due process present in some other deportations.

SCOTUS already wrote him a blank check and demonstrated that defying the law has no consequences (for Trump). No one is going to save us.

Remember all those videos of police screaming “Stop Resisting” at people who very clearly weren’t resisting? Congratulations, you’re now a violent criminal.

He is proposing exile. Deportation is to send someone back to their country of origin. They’re already in America.

In exile you are unwillingly sent somewhere you don’t want to go with the understanding that you can’t come back but nobody gives a fuck where else you go. We are shipping people to a prison you are liable to die in and to war torn hell holes. We are trying to kill people without overt gas chambers.

What the fuck is he not going to say at this point. His mouth is a spewing fountain of fake-poor scented diarrhea. Populist my ass.

He’s made so many incoherent open threats, he now sounds like someone who’s drunk who’s about to lose a fight.

Did you know that Jaywalking is against the law in places?

    Colorado for example

    https://www.jacobyandmeyers.com/blog/fatal-pedestrian-crash-study/

Colorado has the highest proportion of fatal jaywalking accidents among all pedestrian-related accidents, with 56%. The second highest is Arizona with 45% in addition to ranking second for the highest total count, at 539 fatalities.

Not only are you committing a crime, but you are potentially traumatizing perfectly peaceful citizens on the roadways when you do it.

That is a morally bankrupt thing to do.

YOU’VE NOW BEEN DENATURALIZED AND DEPORTED.

Well, they could use this kind of thing after they catch you at a rally against Taco, or after you speak out on social media, or are overheard by Taco’s Nazi collaborators to say something unflattering about Taco.

“You’re over reacting” really means “not my problem.”

The constant bombardment of propganda across generations has given birth to an oblivious fascism, an artificially induced anti-intellectualism. We are forced to parse infinite amounts of information. Truth amalgamates across countless medium, and each person bears the responsibility of deriving a conclusion. The mind has proven time and time again that we are entirely capable of self deception and there is always those who look to exploit this. It’s subconscious warfare.

There’s already precedent for sending them to El Salvador. The courts don’t seem able to stop them, so they’ll do whatever they want.

El Salvador will only take in men though, right? If that’s the case, what’ll happen to the women and children?

They’ve sent people to Sudan as well. They’ll find some country that’ll take money to take them in.

My wife and daughter look like plausible immigrants, I live in a very gun friendly state and I’m strongly considering carrying anytime we are out in public. These gestapo type arrests has me very concerned. __
