Just got my ban for saying how Luigi is my favorite super marios brother. Like on the racing ones, how accurate he can dome someone with a turtle shell. And he is insanely fast. Like dude can go from one side of the map to the other in speeds unexplainable.

I’ve been editing my thousands of comments over the past few days (via a script obviously). Fuck them.

Yeah. I post something and my account gets banned. Happened like 3 times for no good reason. Then half the time when I post some opinion I get denied the ability to post. It’s almost like they have an algorithm that tries to make you lose interest in posting something. You just say screw it and move on.

got banned for telling a trump supporter to go fuck himself after he joked about the 51st state among other things, im canadian. also i upvoted luigi content and got permanently banned. not just one email, but all connected emails as well.

It’s insane how crazy it’s gotten. I got like IP banned because I made a pretty calm but snarky remark at someone telling people they didn’t care about a kid dying because they weren’t donating to the funeral (which like, wat).

Like many, I got kicked out of Reddit. Mainly because Russian, Chonese or religious trolls with a thin skin, but recently I think cause they don’t like too much anti-systemic statements.

Anyway. I would like to keep an account in order to follow the s/BuyFromEU and try to advocate for Lemmy and other decentrilized platforms.

Does someone knows what Reddit gets for info about a user? I mean what exactly they see about my IP address, cookies, devices etc?

Ye… Reddit is run by one entity , while there’s absolutely also foul eggs on lemmy it’s way better over here , you can allways leave a badly maintained instance and go to a better one if you want.

Question: is there such a thing as an “True Neutral” Lemmy instance that federates with everything by default?
