    100%, its incredibly obvious.

No, I was watching the bond market. The bond market is very tricky. I was watching it, but if you look at it now, it’s — it’s beautiful. The bond market right now is beautiful. But, yeah, I saw last night where people were getting a little queasy.”

Hard to believe these are US Presidential quotes. Sounds more like some teenage barista smoking pot.

  • isnt there a video of him talking about how much him and his friends made from it? its not really an accusation at this point, he manipulated the market.

“I get it, people are upset. It’s a big deal, a great deal, it might even be the biggest deal in the history of deals. The Democrats are mad about it, very mad. ‘He can’t do that,’ they say. They’re poor losers. They tried to make good deals like this. Tried many times. They failed, and they’re mad because I didn’t. I make the biggest, best deals. But their deals, those are no big deal. I get it, they’re mad. Mad that I did what they couldn’t. The Democrats lie, they say ‘President Trump, you can’t do that.’ But I could do it. I did do it, and I proved them wrong. Just like when I beat Biden in 2024. They said I couldn’t do it. I did it. Just like when I beat Hillary in 2020. I couldn’t do it, I did it. Just like with Obama, I did it. They keep saying I can’t do this or I can’t do that. They say it’s impossible to do these things. They say many things, most of them wrong. They don’t want to look bad, weak. The Democrats, Antifa, they’re weak, so they lie. They think everyone is weak, just like them. That’s fine, that’s fine. You see, they’re copying me now. They see a strong leader, very successful businessman, and they want to be one too. They copy me. They say what I say, do what I do, and they try to stop me. They want to be me, but they don’t want me to be me, so they lie and cheat. They rigged the economy, set it to collapse with forced ‘vaccines’ and wasteful D-E-I. I come here with my tremendous plan, going to make America great again. Bring all the business and jobs back. The Democrats cheat again, they go on CNN. They go on CNN, sell their stocks, rig the market. They didn’t think. Stocks are going to go up, way up. Numbers like you’ve never seen before. And they sold. The tariffs, I paused them. They thought they could cheat, and I turned it around. They lost big. Really big. Real Americans, we’re fine. Better than fine. The Democrats, they’re not fine. They lost, they’re mad. Only the Democrats are upset, it’s fine. Nobody should be upset about that. They played their hand and lost, and they’re mad. Don’t listen to them, they’ll get over it. They lie and they cheat, and they lose every time. We’re winning, winning big. So big. We’re going to win even bigger next week. 300% tariffs on Democrat businesses. No more foreign workers. More jobs for America.”

If you plan to use it, you should know that there was a separate “good news”-event at that point in time. It would not surprise me if insider trading happened, but that spike could also be from the bond auction. As much as I want the US to lose their influence in the world, it’s important to not jump to conclusions for political reasons. The spike should be investigated properly, but at this point the US might be too corrupt for that to happen or have consequences.

He made the announcement at 1:18, but there was a high volume spike in SPY at 1:02. He then introduced some friends, like Charles Schwab, in the white house later and said they had made billions. This crash was also the first time MTG bought stocks.

100% he is making bank off this. So are his buddies. What DOGE was all about, setting up the US Gov’t to be fleeced as a cash cow for the crime family. We need these criminals removed and full security audit on our entire gov’t computer system. Every US citizen is currently at risk due to negligence but these fools. That doesn’t even cover the extensive list of civil rights violations and oh…you know, constitution violations. But it matters not unless the are actual consequences. But money makes those go away.

Russians and everyone else out there who ever wanted a slice of the pie have been attacking our social discourse for decades, amplifying the worst voices on both sides of every single issue so that people tune out and stop caring. This is the known doctrine for undermining democracies.

Most people right now STILL don’t care, at least not enough to have an opinion or be bothered to do anything. This is the result of deliberate sabotage against our nation and the number of people who really understand this is so small that it doesn’t matter, it won’t be enough. Even if this wave of corruption is ended tomorrow, there are thousands more oligarchs and grifters waiting in the halls to move right in.

I’ve been saying this all along. Not just about this time, but he has pulled off a similar trade scare every month since he took office, with the same result - he announces tariffs, the market tanks, he rattles his sabre a bit, then pauses the tariffs, and the market rises again.

This has been the third, and biggest one, probably because he needed to make it a big one as he cried wolf for a third time. Which means the next time he does it, it will have to be even bigger.

Its clearly market manipulation, of a type that only president could do, but only if he were corrupt enough.

Unfortunately, if it were only the president who’s corrupt, he would have already been impeached and removed. Even if there were a question about whether he does or does not want to become an authoritarian dictator, ignoring everything that is hinting at it, he is digging himself in the sort of hole that he can only survive in as long as he retains power and I’m sure he knows it.

Point to me the trade wars and civil rights rollbacks that happened during those times. We just had to keep doing the thing and keep pushing the needle towards progressive ideas and socialist policies that help people. That’s ALL we had to do together, it was working for a while.

But nope. Everyone lost their attention spans because social media and russian bots amplifying the worst of all sides of every issue until everyone said “fuck it, I don’t care, I rather see drama than boring, slow, incremental progress.”

edit: I am fully aware of how absolutely wicked Obama was, I don’t care in this context, we were making PROGRESS, even if small amounts, your knee-jerk desire to educate me about how bad the system is on both sides just makes me think you’re not reading and feel entitled to something and you will be blocked. You’re a huge reason we’re in this mess. I’m fully convinced that most of you don’t actually want good outcomes and you just want to feel validated and recognized.

Boring, slow incremental progress is great. Not ideal, but great.

However, a two-party system where one party is ALWAYS a single lost election from the advent or fascism is a democracy too brittle to survive.

US gained the rights to legally murder its own citizens without due process under Obama.

Also loads of giving corporations and capital rights, and rolling back protective anti-investment gambling under Democrat administrations, which ate up the rights of non-capital.

A lot of them are arguing in bad faith or have been brainwashed by the people that do. It is clear people can not only still protest, but protest far better with fewer worries and more effect under the lesser evil. These clowns would be complaining about the US winner-takes-all system of democratic governance if they truly cared, and there was only basically one option where protesting for that didn’t make you a potential deportee to El Salvador prisons.
