My hunch is the billions of dollars we have recently siphoned into a cyber warfare branch of the military, Project 2025, which is advancing almost identically to how The Plan for the New American Century progressed 20 years ago, and a President who is in bed with a war criminal fugitive. The 100% part was hyperbole, but America is the one doing everything in it’s power to spark WWIII, and the one that benefits most from scrubbing recent history.
